 The 20-minute complimentary consultation is non-obligatory and serves as a “getting to know you” call to determine how I can assist you. During this call, I will review your resume and discuss your challenges, skills, and experience, as well as how they align with the career opportunities you are seeking. We will also talk about your current interviewing and career stages. If we decide we are a fit for each other, we will customize a plan tailored to your needs. 

Before your live interview session, I prepare by reviewing your resume and applicable jobs in which you are interested. I will review your skills, experience, and industries you have worked in, or want to work in and assess how those align.

We will have a live mock/practice interview to help you market yourself and articulate your skills, experience, and value to help you build confidence and know what questions to ask the interviewer.

During our interview sessions, I will identify any areas for improvement, such as distracting body language or a lack of direct eye contact, which may undermine the impression you wish to convey. I provide guidance and strategies to address these issues effectively. By demonstrating how to convincingly present yourself as the top candidate deserving of the job offer, I will empower you with enhanced confidence and the interviewing skills for success.
